Shipping / Ordering Policy

The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. The usage of this site and your placement of an order indicate an acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please review all the information provided to familiarize with our terms and policies. Please contact us directly or via email if you have any questions.

If you do not wish to follow our terms and conditions, please refrain from ordering from our site.

Shipping Information:

We currently ship to the Continental 48 States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico and International.

Typical shipping time for US continental bound orders is between 1-6 business days.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and PR may take additional time for delivery.

The Map below shows the estimated time frames of how long your package may take once it leaves our location from Arizona.

Please note that the times frame shown may change without notice from FedEx and no services are guaranteed. 

International shipping for Canada:

Typical shipping time for Canada bound shipments can take between 6-10 business days. This however is not a guarantee of any sort that you will receive your order in said time. Time can vary on shipment date, time delayed at customs, weather, final destination, etc.

Please note that not all items will be available for shipping to Canada, this includes, but not limited to: Air bags, seat-belts, oversized items, chemicals, etc. If you place an order and we are unable to ship to your destination, you will be notified via email and your order will be canceled.

Buyers are responsible for all applicable import duty and brokerage fees; please check with your government’s website for any additional information regarding these fees prior to purchase any of our items.

These fees are NOT INCLUDED in the listing’s price or the shipping cost.

FURTHERMORE:

Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item(s) as a "gift" on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.

International shipping for all other Countries:

Typical shipping time for International destinations can vary depending on final destination, type of carrier used for shipping, items ordered, weather, customs, etc.

Please note that not all items will be available for shipping internationally, this includes, but not limited to: Air bags, seat-belts, oversized items, chemicals, etc. If you place an order and we are unable to ship to your destination, you will be notified via email and your order will be canceled.

Shipping may NOT be available in all areas in the world. If we are unable to ship to your country, you will be notified and your order will be cancelled.

Ordering information:

Most of the orders are processed and shipped out within 1-5 business days depending on when the actual order was placed. If the order is placed after our business hours, on a Saturday, Sunday, or on an Observed Major Holiday, your order will be processed the following business day.

Business Days are Monday through Friday only.

Non-business days are Saturday, Sunday and Observed Major Holidays.

All orders must be shipped; there is no pick-up service offered.

A tracking number will be automatically emailed to you once the order is shipped with a link provided for tracking purposes. Note that we assigned the tracking number BEFORE giving the package to the carrier. If your tracking information does not appear immediately or you receive an "UNABLE TO TRACK SHIPMENT" message, the carrier may still be processing this information. You may need to check the carrier's site periodically for the updated information.

There is no option to do a “drop ship” from any of the Infiniti/Nissan warehouses. 

ALL ORDERS will require signature for delivery in order for items to be delivered. If you request to remove, you must do so before the items are shipped from our location.

Special Orders:

There may be occasions that we may have an item on your order that is out of stock at our main warehouse. If a part is out of stock, we will notify the customer via email to update the status. We will then special order the items directly from Infiniti/Nissan main distribution centers to fulfill your order. Most special order items may take 1-5 business days to transfer into our facility.

When your order is placed, we will calculate the time frame for each part that is special ordered. This will show up in your order status with an "ETA" date, this is only an estimated date that we will receive the part into our warehouse from Infiniti. Once all items are in our warehouse, the order will be shipped promptly.

There are situations that there may be orders with items that are in-stock and are on special order. We will hold the in-stock items on your order until the order is fulfilled with the special ordered items from Infiniti. This minimizes additional shipping cost for sending multiple shipments. If you wish to have in stock items sent first, you may be charged additional shipping for the order. The shipping paid is based on your order being shipped in its entirety.

If you place your order after business hours on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, any special orders will be placed to Infiniti on Monday.

If a Major Holiday falls on a Monday, any special order items will be placed to Infiniti on Tuesday.

If a Major Holiday falls on a Friday, and your place your order after business hours on Thursday, any special order items will be placed to Infiniti on Monday. (Assuming Monday is not a Holiday)

Shipping Cost:

Most of our shipments will be shipped via FedEx Ground. For Over-sized or over-weighted shipments, there will be additional shipping charge required. This applies, but not limited to: bumpers, fenders, hoods, door panels, etc. Please email us or contact us directly for freight charge information on these parts. Express options are subject to the part availability as we may not have the part in stock and ready for shipment. See above for special order time frames. Please call for part on hand count if you are choosing an express option.

In rare occasions where the actual cost is higher than the estimate, we will always inform you first for further instructions before proceed with the order. All shipping cost calculations are estimates from FedEx and USPS. 

Order Authorizations:

Once you place an order, our system will do an authorization on payment form to verify that funds are available for purchase. You may see a “Pending” with the amount of the order; this only means the bank has reserved the funds for this purchase.

Please review the following information regarding Authorization holds:

Authorization hold (also card authorization, pre-authorization, or pre-auth) is the practice within the banking industry of authorizing electronic transactions done with a debit card or credit card and holding this balance as unavailable either until the merchant clears the transaction (also called settlement), or the hold "falls off." In the case of debit cards, authorization holds can fall off the account (thus rendering the balance available again) anywhere from 1–5 days after the transaction date depending on the bank's policy; in the case of credit cards, holds may last as long as 30 days, depending on the issuing bank.

Infinitipartsonline does not have any control on how long bank institutions will have the "pending" or "holds" in place.

Fraud Prevention:

Due to increase fraudulent activities within online websites, we have restricted all orders to be shipped to the Billing (if paid by credit card) or "Confirmed" (if paid by PayPal) addresses only.

It is also important that you understand what we mean by billing information on the checkout process. The billing address is the address to which your bank mails your monthly credit card statement. The billing address you give us must agree (match) with the address that the card issuing bank has on file. Please be sure you provide the correct information.

We regret that this is necessary, but it is designed to protect the card owner as well as the retailer.

Purchases done by credit card:

To prevent fraudulent activities, our system will conduct address verification through customer's credit/debit card issuer to confirm customer's billing address. This is done at time of purchase.

We are notified by the credit card issuer or PayPal if billing information is questionable. Your order may be placed into a “Pending” status until we do further verification of your order.  

Credit card orders are restricted to be shipped to the BILLING address only. This ensures that the customer that is ordering is the intended person for the purchase. If you add a different address in the "shipping address" other than billing, your order may be delay until it is changed or the order may be canceled.

We will not accept orders that have a different name on the credit card account that is not the same as the person ordering the items. This relates to using family, friends, or someone else's credit card to make a purchase. This can constitute a potential fraudulent order and may be subjected to cancellation without any further processing.

Orders with the same billing and shipping address and using a credit card with the same name as the purchaser will be processed much faster.

In the event that we may have reasonable doubt of the integrity or any fraudulence of a placed order, we will, at our discretion, cancel an order and restrict any future orders. Any charges will be returned to the original form of payment.

Purchases done using PayPal:

If you do a purchase using PayPal, it must be to a CONFIRMED shipping address on file. PayPal notifies us whether an address is valid for shipping or not.

If you wish for an order to be shipped to another address other than the Billing address, the only payment acceptable will be PayPal.

Payments for International orders:

We highly recommend for all international orders be paid by PayPal. This expedites the orders since PayPal can confirm purchaser's identity and shipping address. Orders placed with a credit card may be delay for further verification or may be canceled and the customer notified to place the order again using PayPal for payment.

Backorders:

Back-ordered items can happen even with the largest of companies and suppliers available.

It can be more common for older vehicles models that are no longer manufactured or parts that may not be a common replacement on the vehicle itself.

For newer vehicles, this may happen if the supplier has not created sufficient stock to fulfill, not only new vehicle production, but for dealerships as well.

This can also happen if the manufacturer changes supplier for a specific part and the supplier must make sufficient stock in order to fulfill pending orders.

In the event of a backorder parts; we will inform and give the customer the option to continue and wait or to cancel the order. If customer is willing to wait, we will email or contact directly to keep the customer informed of any information that we may receive from Infiniti.

Please be aware that back ordered items have no time frame of when the item be shipped from Infiniti or be received into our warehouse. We have no control of when we can expect the items to arrive. This may delay the order by a few days, a few weeks, or even a few months.

VIN Disclaimer: 

Your VIN is important for us to verify and confirm that your order is accurate at time of purchase, In the event that your order will require a VIN to verify a part on your order; we will email you or contact us directly for this information. 

Please note that if we request your VIN, your order will be placed on hold until we receive this information, if you have verified the part earlier hand from another source and we request a VIN from you, you can reply advising us that you have already verified this information and we will process your order normally.

In the event that we are advised that you have verified your part, your order will be processed as is with an automatic 20% restocking fee if the item is returned if it is encountered that it is an incorrect part.

In the event that we receive no response, you order may be subjected to cancellation.

Catalog / Pricing Disclaimer:

The catalog is provided as a convenience to our customers. Please be aware that some diagrams may not look the same as your actual vehicle or to be to scale. Infiniti uses general diagrams as well as detailed versions as a reference point to determine what part you are ordering. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided within this catalog. While we try to maintain a near-perfect catalog, a small number of parts may be listed incorrectly. Please contact us with your VIN if you have any questions or concerns. Furthermore, Infinitipartsonline cannot guarantee to have every item in our catalog in stock, nor can we guarantee that the manufacturers will maintain availability of every part listed in our catalog. As long as Infiniti/Nissan has a valid part number, the item may still show up on our catalog, even though the item may be discontinued. Please note that Infiniti has pricing updates on a regular basis and these change may happen without notice. We cannot guarantee pricing at any given time due to this. In the event that there is a pricing discrepancy within a placed order, you will be notified about this change and work for a solution with the customer and our company. 

Ordering Disclaimer:

We reserve the right to refuse to process an order for any reason. Your order confirmation is an offer to buy, not a completed sales contract. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between both the purchasing and seller party will take place on the shipment of the products ordered. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not mean our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute a confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after the receipt of your order to cancel your order for any reason. If the order is canceled, the authorization on your card will be voided and no money will be charged. If your card has been charged, a refund will be issued to your credit card.

Please only click on the submit button once. An order confirmation will be sent to you within 24 hours (usually, this is instant) after you have submitted the order. If for any reason you did not get an email confirmation or is not sure if the order went through, please contact us before attempting to re-submit.

Re-manufactured Parts/Core Policy:

The added value that is provided with factory re-manufactured parts far exceeds any benefits cited by aftermarket sources of non factory rebuilt parts.

All re-manufactured parts have a "core charge" that is attached to each item; the charges vary from $20.00 to several hundred dollars depending on the item that is being purchased.

This core charge is charged as a separate entry when placing the order for a re-manufactured part.

PLEASE NOTE: Core return will be valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery. Infiniti North America requires all cores to be returned within thirty (30) days of sale. If the core is not returned within the time allocated, Infiniti may reject the core and thus forfeiting the ability to receive full core credit.

This individual charge is refundable to the customer when ALL of the following conditions are met.

Part(s) is/are returned for core credit in the original Nissan box that it was shipped out in without damage to the box and with no marking to the box from any outside sources.

The part being returned is a factory part. Any part that is not an original OEM part that was fitted to the same vehicle that the original part was ordered for will not qualify for core refund.

Part must be fully assembled as it came off the vehicle.

Part must be completely drained of all internal fluid (transmission, power steering, brake fluid etc.) prior to shipping. Infinitipartsonline.com will not assume any responsibility for the shipping of any Hazardous Material by customers.

Core must be complete and damage free. Incomplete parts missing any components will not be eligible for core refund.

Customer is responsible for shipping all cores include shipping charge.

Cores damaged in transit to us is/are the responsibility of the sender. Insurance from the carrier is strongly recommended.

All cores must be received no later than 30 days from the time of shipping the remanufactured part(s).

All rejected Cores may be returned to sender. Customer is responsible for return freight charges.

Catalytic Converters that have been emptied out (gutted) of material will result in automatic rejection.
