Q: What is a VIN and where can I find it?

A: A Vehicle Identification Number, commonly abbreviated to VIN (but sometimes incorrectly referred to as VIN number), is a unique serial number used by the automotive industry to identify individual motor vehicles. The VIN is like a human fingerprint, no two are alike. You can find the VIN in multiple locations; vehicle title, registration, insurance documents, vehicle service tag, VIN dashboard tag, and in most states the vehicle registration sticker. The vehicle service tag can be found on the driver door jamb (see illustration below). This sticker contains pertinent information about the vehicle, such as the paint code, vital when ordering certain exterior parts & accessories. The VIN dashboard tag is permanently attached on the driver side top of instrument panel (dash board), visible from the outside of the vehicle (see illustration below).



Q: Where can I find the color code of my car?

A: The color code of your vehicle can be found on the vehicle service tag found on the driver door jamb. This is usually a 3 digit code with two letters and a number. Older models may have a three number code for the vehicle paint. We can determine this for your if you wish by calling us or email us your VIN.


Q: Are you a Infiniti dealer?

A: Infinitipartsonline is a separate e-commerce division of a licensed Infiniti dealership located in Arizona.


Q: I know where you are located, is it possible to purchase at your store?

A: Due to our discounted prices, we have restricted sales to our online clientele. This means that all orders can be only purchase through our website and must be shipped out from our facility. 

Lets put this in an example: You will like to buy a "widget" from your local store.  When you enter a physical store to purchase,  the price for this "widget"  is $10.00. The widget initially cost the store $4.00, however, the extra $6.00 in profit must pay the employees that work at the store, the store itself that holds the items, and other expenses that which add up to $10.00 at the register.

 All this adds up and you pay a significant amount for a item. If you order online, you minimize the "cost" of the item that you are buying because you don't need to walk in the store and have these extra expenses pulled into the overall price of your items. 


Q: Are the parts you sell genuine Infiniti parts?
A: All of the parts & accessories on our website are genuine Infiniti parts, unless otherwise indicated. This assures original equipment quality and reliability as well as proper fit.



Q: What is the guarantee on the parts you sell?

A: Most of the genuine Infiniti parts we sell are backed by Infiniti's 12 month/12,000 mile limited warranty. Please refer to our Returns section for further details. This warranty is valid at all Authorized Infiniti dealerships across the country.

Q: Your catalog shows parts listed as left (L) or right (R). Which is the driver or passenger side?
A: The designated side is determined when you are sitting in the Driver's seat of the vehicle. Typically the driver side is considered the left, passenger side is the right side.
Note: Most illustrations will show the part for only one side, but will have multiple part numbers for left/right. The descriptions will designate the side.


Q: When can I expect my order?

A: Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business day of order receipt. Assuming all items that are being ordered are in stock at our main warehouse. In the event a part needs to be ordered (ie: older model years or items not in stock), we will notify you via email. Delivery time depends upon your location from our warehouse in Phoenix, AZ, if items need to be ordered from Infiniti and when your order is placed.

Q: Can I add to my order after it has been placed?

A:We can add additional items to your order as long as it has not been shipped fro our warehouse. You can contact us to add items in your order. Please be aware that there may be items in your order that will need to be special ordered and may delay your entire order. We can ship partial orders, however, you may be charged additional shipping for multiple shipments.


Q: How can I contact Infinitipartsonline ?
A: We are available through the email (parts@infinitipartsonline.com) or telephone (1-866-733-7347).  Our Business hours are M-F 7:00 am - 5:00 pm and Saturdays from 8 am - 2 pm AZ MST. Please note that the state of Arizona does not participate with DST (Daylight Savings Time) and store hours may change without notice. Any emails received outside our business hours will be answered the following business day.


Q: Do you ship to a PO Box?

A:if your ordered items that are small enough for a PO Box address via USPS, it will be sent. If we cannot send to a PO Box, it will be shipped by our other carriers.


Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. We are happy to ship international orders. Unfortunately, larger items (ie fenders, doors, interior panels, etc.) are cost prohibitive to ship internationally. Our preferred carrier for international orders is the USPS. Please check shipping rates to your location using using our checkout system after you have placed items in your shopping cart. Any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc are your responsibility and will be collected by the  carrier during or prior to delivery. 

Q: I have a car that is outside the US, will your work for my vehicle.

A: The parts that we sell are primarily for vehicles that are for the US Market. Infiniti parts & accessories may not fit models not built for sale in the United States. Infiniti does not supply Infinitipartsonline with parts & accessory information regarding international models and their proper fit. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine whether or not these parts or accessories sold by us will fit prior to placing order.



Q: I placed an order over the phone before, but now, I can't and was told to process my order online, what happened?

A: Due to increased security and consumer privacy laws, we can no longer process orders over the telephone. We are glad to answer any of your questions on the telephone. We can even issue a quote to your email address with your requested parts. Please place all orders through our security encrypted website http://www.infinitipartsonline.com
