If no return notification is given and the part is returned without an authorization, your refund may be delayed, charged a restocking fee, or rejected and returned to you. Any expenses made by us to return the item will be the customer's responsibility.
All returns must be in original packaging, unused, in re-sellable condition, within 30 days of the purchase. We will need to receive the returned part in the condition that it was in when customer first received it. A 20% restocking fee is subjected to ALL parts returned.
All parts that have been authorized for return must be received to our warehouse within 21 DAYS of notifying us. If we do not receive your return within the 21 DAY time frame, the return will be charged a 20% restocking fee. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item(s) is/are sent back in a timely matter.
Oil/chemicals, bare engine assemblies, tools, printed materials, merchandising aids, Infiniti customer care and special order parts are non-returnable.
All safety items: Airbags, seat belts, diagnostic units, etc. are considered as FINAL SALES and non-returnable. There are no exceptions to the rule. This is due to the safety standpoint.
Electrical parts are non-returnable if the item has been opened and installed.
Please do not write on the original box or packaging, and it must have the genuine manufacture label intact.
If the returned part does not meet the RMA guidelines (installed, opened, damaged, missing/destroyed labels, or opened/installed electrical parts), customer will be given the option to have the part shipped back at customer's expense.
Any returns requested after 45 days of receiving your order will be on a case by case basis and will be at our discretion to accept or deny a return. This does not guarantee that any return request after this time frame will be accepted. Any returns accepted will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Reasons for Return
Warranty Claims: Infinitipartsonline will not accept a warranty return for a refund. All parts warranty will cover replacement of the defective part only. Infinitipartsonline extends the parts warranty to the owner of the vehicle provided that the ownership has not changed since the installation of the unit.
Should one of our products fail during normal use within the allocated warranty time of 1 year / 12,000 miles from date of purchase.
Per Infiniti/Nissan, you may take the defective item to any Infiniti dealership in your area and have a parts warranty request. If you go this route, you will need your proof of purchase of the item and any original packaging, if applicable.
This is the most convenient option for parts warranty.
However, in certain situations that there is no Infiniti dealership near you, we can parts warranty the item with the requisites below:
If you wish to warranty the item through us, the warranty process that will consist of the following:
- Customers must repurchase the new part to replace the defective unit.
- Infinitipartsonline, will ship the paid warranty replacement to the customer, using ground service for a reduced shipping charge. If the customer requires the item to be expedited, customer will be responsible for expedited shipping cost of the item as well.
- Customer is responsible to return the defective item, with prepaid shipping, to Infinitipartsonline.
- Once Infinitipartsonline has received the defective item and approved the warranty, a refund will be issued for new part purchase.
Infinitipartsonline DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY LABOR CLAIMS. Our company and product liability is strictly limited to the replacement of the defective part once Infinitipartsonline has determined it to be defective.
This warranty does not apply to units which have been altered, modified, damaged, misused, improperly installed, contaminated with dirt or other contaminants, used in applications other than it’s intended use.
Item did not fix the issue/problem:Any installed items are non-returnable, unless the item itself is defective, which we can issue a warranty parts replacement only.
Change my mind/Not needed: If within 30 days of purchase, you would like to return a part. Please contact us to obtain a RMA, which in most cases will be your original order ID. Keep in mind that the part must be in new uninstalled condition with all Factory packaging and labeling intact. Any opened electrical or installed parts are non-returnable. Any boxes marked on or stickers that mark up the original box may be rejected for credit. We reserve the right to reject any returned item that does not meet our guidelines. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
Incorrect part was ordered: In the event that a part was ordered incorrectly by the customer, the return criteria remain the same as“Changed my mind/Not needed”.Customer must notify us within 30 days of purchase and request a RMA form. A 20% restocking may apply to the returned items. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
Part was received damaged: Customer needs to inspect his or her shipment at the time of delivery. Any damaged part must be reported immediately. We will not be responsible for any damage claims made after 3 business days of receipt. Once the damage was reported, we will contact the shipping carrier for inspection and provide customer with further instructions. The customer MUST save ALL packaging, shipping box(es) and items in order for the carrier to inspect the damage. If you discard all the shipping material prior to the carrier inspection, the carrier cannot determine how the items may have been damaged. If the carrier denies the claim, we cannot issue any credit or replacement of the damaged items.
Part was lost in-transit: In the event that a package is lost in-transit or has not been delivered on the scheduled date, customer needs to notify us immediately. We will then contact the shipping carrier to place a tracer on the package(s). If the shipping carrier cannot locate the lost package(s), a claim will be issued. We can then re-order and ship out the replacements as soon as possible.
Order was shipped incomplete (Piece(s) missing): We will make every effort to verify that all necessary components that come with a particular part or accessory are included. In the event that your part or accessory is missing a component, we will ship the missing component or (at our discretion) a full replacement set to you at no charge; unless that component(s) is/are sold separately and not part of the original part or accessory. Please keeping mind that all claims for missing components must be made within 3 business days of receipt.
Incorrect item was shipped: Customer is responsible to inspect any/all parts that are ordered and received. In the event that an item is determined to be mis-packaged, please notify us immediately. We will issue a return tag to have the item picked up if necessary. A replacement part will be shipped out once the mis-packaged part is received back in new, uninstalled, and resalable condition with original factory packaging.
All others: We will review each request for return individually. Special consideration will be given to those Returns that follow our guidelines. If the reason for return does not fall under one of the categories mentioned above, you must provide in detail for the reason that the Return Request is being made.
